The service
Aura & Armor provides an online store, reflective quizzes, readings, educational content, and an automated chat companion. We may update or discontinue features, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.
Orders, prices, and payment
Prices, product information, availability, taxes, shipping charges, and any delivery estimate are shown before payment where applicable. An order is accepted only after payment is authorized and we confirm the order. Stripe processes payment; Aura & Armor does not store full card details.
We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing, inventory, fraud, or technical error and will issue any required refund.
Shipping and returns
Shipping and return rights are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. We ship only within the United States at this time.
Readings, jewelry, and chat
Readings, quizzes, jewelry descriptions, and AI chat are for general information, self-expression, and reflection. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or other professional advice; they do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition; and no result or product outcome is guaranteed.
Do not use the chat for emergencies. In the United States, call or text 988 for mental-health crisis support or call 911 for an emergency.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful content, or violate another person’s rights.
